'Twin Tales' provides an in-app communication tool called the [Heart Note].
【Heart Note Features】
Users can set the visibility of their posts to "Private (Only Me)," "Friends," or "Public." If set to "Friends" or "Public," the post becomes viewable to an unspecified number of users. Additionally, other users can leave comments on public posts.
Posting personal information on the Heart Note is strictly prohibited.
For example, sharing personal information such as "Instagram ID" or "Email Address" with others may lead to issues outside of 'Twin Tales'.
※ Please note that our company cannot intervene in or provide support for issues that occur outside of 'Twin Tales'.
Our company deletes posts containing prohibited actions, issues warnings, and will suspend accounts if repeat violations occur. Furthermore, we are continuously improving our system to prevent prohibited content from being posted and working hard to prevent problems before they arise.
Parents and guardians of young children are kindly requested to guide their children so that they do not post prohibited content themselves. To prevent children from succumbing to temptations and engaging in inappropriate behavior, please thoroughly explain the importance and risks of personal information and discuss it with them.

Name, address, school name, date of birth, login ID/password, email address, etc.
[Dangerous Statement Examples] "I'm at [Location] right now!", "I live in [District], [City].", "I was born in [Year]."

Furthermore, even when using 'Twin Tales' with classmates or real-life friends, children should refrain from posting details related to their daily lives and be mindful of potential troubles. Please talk openly with your child so that they refrain from sharing details about their personal surroundings.
2. Interactions and Socializing
'Twin Tales' is enjoyed by many players of all ages.
When posting on the Heart Note, if the reader feels offended or uncomfortable, it can lead to misunderstandings and communication issues.
Please talk to your child so that they maintain basic manners, such as polite greetings and appropriate language, when communicating with other players via the Heart Note.
《Regarding Communication Troubles Between Users》
'Twin Tales' provides a platform for users to communicate freely and enjoyably. As long as behavior does not violate public order and morals, we do not mediate personal disputes between users.
However, if persistent verbal abuse or malicious behavior is suspected, or if a situation escalates, we will investigate and determine appropriate action. If you discover a post or behavior that appears malicious, please report it to our Customer Support.
※ Cases involving ongoing arguments or disputes are also considered user communication troubles.
《Regarding Malicious or Inappropriate Content》
On 'Twin Tales', using the Heart Note or other features for offline meetups, seeking romantic partners, posting "looking for boyfriend/girlfriend" ads, or using sexually explicit expressions is considered a violation of public order and morals.
Posts of this nature may result in warnings, post removals, or account suspensions.
※ Posts containing inappropriate content such as [Adult Content], [BL (Boys' Love) Content], or [Bullying/Harassment] are considered inappropriate as they may lead to real-world issues. Please instruct your child accordingly.
《Regarding Fraud and Scams》
Scams involving item exchanges via the in-app Gift Feature (fraudulent behavior) have been reported.
※ The Gift Feature is intended purely for friendly communication through sending and receiving gifts. A separate Gift Exchange feature is specifically designed for trading items. We assume no responsibility for disputes arising from item trades conducted using the Gift Feature.
Please be cautious of messages like the following:
- ・ I sent the gift, but the recipient claims "it didn't arrive due to an error".
- ・ "I sent it to the wrong user by mistake, so please wait until I collect enough Happy".
- ・ "The Gift Exchange feature isn't working due to an error, so please send your item first using the Gift Feature".
If another customer sends messages like these, or if you encounter a similar situation, please contact Customer Support immediately.
3. Purchasing Happy
'Twin Tales' can be played for free.
For users who feel free play is not enough, we offer the option to purchase "Happy" through paid transactions.
※ "Happy" is the in-game currency used within 'Twin Tales'.
《Unintended Purchases by Children》
There have been reported cases where children purchased Happy (made in-app purchases) without parental permission.
As a rule, 'Twin Tales' strictly prohibits sharing account information or transferring account ownership to anyone other than the registered customer (including family members).
To prevent unauthorized account usage or unintended charges on registered payment methods, we ask parents and guardians to discuss responsible usage with their children and exercise caution.
